Download and print the prepaid shipping label and include your original order slip inside the package.

Secure Packaging
Place the monitors in their original protective case and use a padded shipping box to prevent transit damage.

Processing
Once received, our lab will inspect the items or begin the fit adjustment, typically completed within 5 business days.
